Painpal+ (powered by Cogniant.co) empowers users for self-management of chronic pain nudging to help them monitor their pain intensity, pain interference, mood, document their thoughts, and set goals. As users continue to document their diary, Painpal+ assembles comprehensive reports that documents the users behavioural progression. These reports are reviewed by the user interactively, allowing the user to become aware and then empowered to manage their own care.

App wants to understand user’s real-time behaviour and based on that suggest some mini interventions like mindfulness videos and real-time notifications which will encourage activity and to manage chronic pain. This helps increase user engagement and to be a more effective tool for keeping track of chronic pain conditions[1].
